If you can't afford a poor review maybe just re-ship another asap via a package or UPS, or refund, etc. Then figure out how fragile the situation is. So it seems that it is an issue where PB and Etsy are not communicating with each other about these updates. A lot of people see tracking and immediately think a box is going to show up and overlook them letters/flats mixed in with their junk mail. If you take the tracking provided on your shipped orders and input that tracking into the Pitney tracking system it shows the tracking updates as it should. They need to double check that it isn't already there. And also make sure they know that the "package" will most likely be mixed in with their regular letter mail and doesn't get updated scans frequently. Let the customer know about the mail delays and ask them to kindly wait it out. And since there is no insurance you are completely out of luck in that regard. Pitney Bowes can't do anything for you as they only provided the postage. Those are USPS official numbers, but in reality the numbers are much higher for both if they are packaged properly.
